In the meantime, please keep the goods in the fridge if applicable and we will contact you on what to do if the product is appliable for an exchange.

In the event if there is no one available to collect the goods upon delivery, the goods will be left outside the stated address unless otherwise specified. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but these measures are in place to ensure the freshness and good condition of the goods.

Our delivery service will contact the phone number provided in your delivery details and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before departing. Please understand that we have other customer orders to fulfill and do not wish to keep them waiting.
